The Macau Lawyers Association, the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Guangdong Provincial Lawyers Association have co-organized a seminar regarding the Trust legal regime in those jurisdictions, our Partner Tirso Olazábal has provided some insights into the draft of the Trust Law, currently under discussion in the Legislative Assembly, as well as the challenges and the opportunities it presents to companies and individuals.
