GBA Employment Rights Seminar

Earlier this week, we successfully hosted our GBA Employment Seminar in collaboration with Tanner De Witt and Shihui Law! 

The event attracted a diverse group of professionals from various backgrounds with an interest in employment law. During the seminar, speakers delved into crucial aspects of employment rights, such as agreements, entitlements, and terminations. 

Helena Kok, Partner and head of Employment Practice at MdME, covered Macau; Mark Chiu from Tanner De Witt discussed Hong Kong, and Yulong Lai from Shihui Law focused on the Guangdong Province. Participants gained insights into the three jurisdictions within the Greater Bay Area.
