Un I’s experience includes advising on a broad range of cross-border corporate and commercial matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, corporate governance, greenfield foreign direct investment, investment fund formation and commercial contracts.

In her real estate practice, Un I advises private investors, developers, and investment funds on a broad range of matters with a focus on the acquisition, financing, leasing, and development of commercial, residential and hospitality projects.
