Carlos Eduardo Coelho comments on the first candidate for the position of chief executive of Macau that does not have a direct link with the city’s dominant casino industry. Carlos says, "I do not anticipate that the lack of governmental experience, which has currently been listed as one of his major limitations, shall necessarily be a disadvantage in dealing with the expected gaming concessions’ public tender process."
