MdME at Data Privacy Asia 2016

MdME’s Partner Mr. José Espírito Santo Leitão participated as a speaker in the Data Privacy Asia Conference 2016, one of the most relevant events in Asia on data protection, privacy and cyber-security. The practitioner addressed the issue of "Personal Data Transfer to Outside of Macau: Running the Gauntlet of Regulatory Requirements", sharing his insights on the data privacy legal framework in Macau.

Under the theme "Building Digital Trust: Establishing an Ecosystem of Trust and Protection in the Digital Age", the conference was held between November 9 and 11, in Singapore, gathering more than 35 data protection, privacy and cyber-security thought leaders from 18 countries.
