Stephanie Tang has shared her views on the subject of injunctions and court proceedings, in a video brought to you by Macao Legal Exchange and Promotion Association in collaboration with Macau Daily News.

 ‘The creditor may apply to the Court for “preventive seizure” of the debtor’s asset, by demonstrating (i) the probable existence of the credit; and (ii) a significant risk of losing the property guarantee of his or her credit.’
